Counseling for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

Post-Traumatic Stress symptoms can include recurring nightmares, flashbacks, difficulty sleeping, irritability, feeling tense or on edge, and distorted thinking. While commonly related to veterans and war, PTSD might also be experienced due to abuse (physical, sexual, or emotional), major accidents, or other traumatic events.

 

Rob has experience working with people who are dealing with PTSD due to varying reasons. He will work with you to determine if you have PTSD and help you will skills and tools for coping, and reducing the intensity and impact of those symptoms.
